This work was deliberately painted square on to the building to show the typical features of Regency town house architecture. The first floor was more refined that the Georgian, with long elegant widow panes and frequently with delicate balconies and iron work. Most have black ironwork with light stucco walls. This row of town houses has white ironwork and Cotswold stone.
